My name is Cara van Veldhoven.

I am trained as a social worker and nurse. 

I have been and am working in several realms: psychiatry, prisons, hospitals with a wide variety of people from young to old. Because of a broad life- and workexperience I am an allrounder.

My passion is to spend time in nature on (multi)day trekkings, preferably in mountainous areas. Starting off as an exercise and a relaxation it has become more and more of a necessity and a way of life. I decided to put more focus on them and trained as a mountain hiking guide in Austria.

Since then I have been guiding groups in the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Spain and Italy.
